An unrestricted gift to The MED Foundation is a contribution upon which the donor places no restrictions. The Unrestricted Fund has allocation flexibility and is available for unexpected needs throughout the year. Unrestricted funds are extremely important because so many needs cannot be anticipated and do not fall within specific categories.

An unrestricted gift allows The MED Foundation to direct your gift to the areas most in need of attention. The value of unrestricted gifts cannot be overstated. Donors of unrestricted gifts state their confidence in The MED Foundation leadership to apply their contributions where the need is greatest or when unexpected opportunities occur. Unrestricted gifts provide the foundation the necessary funds to develop and support programs and initiatives for all areas of the Regional Medical Center at Memphis’ Health System.
