MED PRIDE is The MED Foundation’s annual fundraising campaign. Each Spring, employees of The MED, show their pride in the hospital by making financial contributions to The MED Foundation. The money donated is allocated back into various departments within the hospital.
Where Does My Donation Go?
Gifts Include but are not limited to:
- Equipment purchases.
- Including new Operating Room Tables & ICU beds
- PAC System
- Neonatal Learning Lab
- $36,000 on training, workshops, travel to conferences, and updated educational materials for many departments.
- $60,000 in scholarships for medical students, current employees, children of employees and nursing students.
Your donations go to:
- Purchase life saving equipment and equipment that improves the quality of life and care for patients.
- Direct patient care.
- Employee emergency assistance through the Humanitarian Fund.
- Continuing education and scholarships.
- Training and workshops for employees
