The MED Foundation is pleased to announce that it has obtained state approval for a Regional Medical Center at Memphis specialty license plate for cars registered in the state of Tennessee.

The MED Foundation must pre-sell 1000 of these plates by June 30, 2007 before Tennessee will begin production and distribution. Each plate costs $35, in addition to the regular license plate distribution fee. Of the proceeds, The MED Foundation receives $20 for each plate sold.

Payment must be received with the official order form. Once the order form and payment have been received, you will receive a thank you letter from The MED Foundation verifying your order.

In the event that The MED Foundation does not reach the minimum order of 1,000 plates by June 30, 2007, a full refund will be sent to the address given on the official order form.

In the event that The MED Foundation does reach the minimum order of 1,000 plates by June 30, 2007, all orders will be submitted to the state of Tennessee and the state will begin production. At that time you will receive notification from The MED Foundation confirming that production has begun. The state will contact you directly once the plate is available for pick up from the department of motor vehicles.
